On Long Island's South Shore, late-night options were slim to none. Za opened on Merrick Road in Seaford and stayed open — 4PM to 4AM on weekends — because cravings don't keep business hours.
The Menu Means Business
The Vodka Sauce Sicilian became a local obsession. Then came the Drunken Chicken Parm pie, the Hot Honey Fried Chicken, the Cheese Fry Pie — a kitchen clearly having fun without losing the fundamentals.
Vegan, Gluten-Free, No Asterisk
Full vegan pies, Beyond Sausage heroes, dairy-free cheese — and a gluten-free cauliflower crust that actually holds up. One guest called just to say thank you. That's the bar we set.
